A free, detailed estimate will be worked up, by the owner, and sent to the customer via email.

Once the project has started, the customer can be assured that their project will be the only priority being worked on until completion.

Before final payment is made, the customer will review and approve the completed project.
How We Started
Talcott's Home Improvement is a small, two-man company established in 2021 to become the difference within the construction world.

Owner, Nick Talcott, has spent his life in the customer service industry. From delivering, building, and repairing furniture to crafting his talents in the home improvement business, Nick's goal is to spread the love of Jesus one project at a time.
For years, he has heard many horror stories about people being taken advantage of by handymen and contractors alike.
At Talcott's Home Improvement, the customer can have complete confidence in where their money is going.
We provide a detailed, transparent estimate sheet showing the materials and labor prices separately and provide the material receipts so the customer can return leftover materials for a refund!

In Romans 12, God calls us to use the gifts He has given us to further His kingdom.
With 11 years of combined experience, we are on a mission to do just that!
